This newly constructed residence offers exceptional privacy while remaining within easy reach of Antiparos’ beaches and village life. Designed with sustainability at its core, it is the first villa on the island to be entirely powered by solar energy, complemented by eco-friendly lighting systems and an electric car charging station.

The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. An elegant infinity pool overlooks the sea, while multiple lounge areas allow guests to move effortlessly between sun and shade. A sunken conversation pit seating up to twenty creates a natural gathering point for evening cocktails or quiet moments at sunset. Outdoor living and dining spaces comfortably accommodate larger groups, supported by integrated indoor and outdoor sound systems that enhance the atmosphere throughout the property.

The master king-size suite in the main house features an en-suite bathroom and access to three private outdoor terraces. The guest house offers two upper-level en-suite queen bedrooms with sea views, two lower-level en-suite twin bedrooms with garden views that can be converted to doubles, and a modern bunk-bed room ideal for children or teenagers.
