With four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the home offers ample space and privacy for families or groups. A detached guest cottage provides an added layer of comfort and seclusion. The heart of the home is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen that opens to airy indoor and outdoor dining areas, perfect for lingering meals and unforgettable gatherings. Just outside, a private heated pool and spa invite you to unwind while surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the soothing rhythm of the island.

A separate media and family room offers a cozy retreat for movie nights or quiet moments. For effortless exploration of the resort grounds, guests are provided with three private owner golf carts.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for both luxury and comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a serene outdoor garden shower. One guest suite includes a queen bed and its own garden shower, while another is furnished with two full-sized beds, a private bathroom, and a tranquil lanai that opens to sweeping ocean views. The detached guest cottage stands as its own sanctuary, complete with a king bed, ensuite bath, wet bar, and another outdoor shower tucked into a tropical garden setting.

Guests of this estate enjoy access to the world-renowned Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, with privileges that include the sports club and spa, golf course, beach and pool services, ocean activities center, a variety of resort dining venues (excluding the members-only restaurant), the tennis club, the kids’ club, and a resort-wide charge account. Access is subject to a mandatory daily resort guest fee, payable directly to the resort. For adults, this fee starts at sixty-five dollars per day and may rise to two hundred fifty dollars during the festive season. Children between five and thirteen are charged at a lower rate, beginning at thirty-two dollars and fifty cents per day.
