Set in the hills above Benahavís, La Atalaya spans approximately 600 hectares of woodland, with the Guadalmina River running through the property and the remains of a 10th-century Moorish tower positioned within the gardens. The estate combines traditional Andalusian architecture with expansive grounds and a secluded natural setting, while remaining within easy reach of the coast.

The outdoor areas are arranged across the estate, with multiple shaded terraces designed for dining and lounging overlooking the surrounding landscape. Spring water moves through the estate via historic Moorish irrigation channels that extend across the gardens and into the main pool, while an additional pool is located beside the guest house. Additional outdoor features include a tennis court and helipad.

The main house is a three-level Andalusian farmhouse with interiors showcasing Moorish tiling and Mallorcan textiles, complemented by a collection of Spanish antiques.

The living room is arranged around a fireplace with multiple seating areas, while the kitchen includes a large dining table that accommodates up to fourteen guests. Additional shared spaces include a library and games room.

La Atalaya is divided between the main house and a separate guest house. The main residence includes seven bedrooms, among them a two-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, while the guest house provides three additional bedrooms for added privacy and flexibility.

From the estate, guests are approximately five minutes by car from the village of Benahavís, twenty minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella, and around one hour from Málaga Airport.
