Villa Ammos is located at the edge of Almirida, a fishing village on the Greek island of Crete offering lovely views of the Aegean and the White Mountains. The villa is part of SK Place, a luxurious three villa complex. The villa was designed by the owner-architect to reflect traditional island style with white washed wood, natural stone and delicate shades of color. The beach is short walk away.

The villa’s lush gardens and soft lawn surround the infinity edged pool making this a relaxing haven overlooking the sea.  A wooden deck has sun beds and a pergola where guests can dine while they enjoy the refreshing aroma of blooming jasmine.

The villa stretches across 3 terraced levels. Glass doors slide open to provide seamless indoor-outdoor living on the first floor. The open concept living area flows into fully equipped kitchen and dining area that accentuate the villa’s theme of sun, sea and sand.

Down a few steps is the ground floor with a private bedroom with twin beds. The beds can be converted into a king sized bed. This room opens up to a sitting room overlooking a garden. A mini gym, steam shower ad sauna can also be found on this level.

There are two bedroom suites on the top level of the villa. One features a king sized bed and the other two twin sized beds that can be turned into a king sized bed. Both rooms have terraces overlooking the views.

The villa is only a ten minute walk away from the village with taverns and fine dining venues; it’s also just steps away from beaches and marina. This relaxing getaway is located in the unspoiled countryside of northwest Crete, noted for its wildlife, wild flowers, herbs, olive trees, fresh produce and citrus groves. Your private retreat awaits.
