Built in 1938 and fully renovated recently, this villa boasts panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum and the old walled city of Dubrovnik. Terraced across four levels with private gardens in a coveted residential neighborhood, the villa has a long private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Wooden steps lead down to outdoor dining and lounging area. A two-car garage with parking for four additional vehicles is a real bonus for guests. Indoors warm wooden floors and colorful art deco design provide a contrast to stark white walls hung with Croatian artwork. The ground floor includes a casual living area, dining area, a professionally equipped kitchen and an en-suite bedroom with two twin beds Internal stone staircases lead to the two upper levels. A second, larger living area is found on the first upper level, with bay windows overlooking the sea. There is also a second dining area, and a sea-view bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. On the second upper level are two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and adjacent shower room. One bedroom opens to a turret-top, furnished balcony. The attic level hosts a cozy en-suite double bedroom with skylights and reading nook. Entirely private and hosting up to 13 guests, the villa is family friendly and is within walking distance of the old town in Dubrovnik, as well as the sea and Banje Beach. Dubbed the “Pearl of the Atlantic,” Dubrovnik lies at the southeast end of the Dalmatian Coast, and is an UNESCO World Heritage site with a wealth of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, palaces and monasteries.
