Located within the gated Punta Leona community on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, Villa Monticello is positioned within a 750-acre private nature reserve, just minutes from Playa Blanca, Playa Mantas, and the surrounding natural attractions of the region.

The outdoor areas are centred around an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with multiple terraces and spaces designed for outdoor living and dining. An upper-level event space includes an outdoor kitchen and elevated views across the coastline, creating an additional setting for gatherings and entertaining.

Inside, Villa Monticello is designed around a strong indoor-outdoor connection, with open living and dining areas that flow naturally toward the terraces and pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and two refrigerators, supporting larger groups and extended stays. Two bars positioned throughout the villa provide additional entertainment spaces.

Villa Monticello includes seven bedrooms, among them five king suites. Two of the suites located on the pool level feature en-suite bathrooms that open directly toward the swimming pool, reinforcing the villa’s connection to the outdoor spaces.
