Description
Located in Camps Bay, Cape Town, Bourgan Villa is a tastefully decorated five bedroom Victorian-style villa, offering spectacular views of the much sought-after Camps Bay. This property is infused with lovely intrinsic details found in homes of this era, from the timber floors and high ceilings to the charming fireplace in the master bedroom and vine covered courtyard. The main living and and dining areas are open plan, furnished with care and elegant taste, and lead to a balcony with breathtaking views. The dining table seats eight comfortably. Satellite TV, videos and a sound system add to the entertainment possibilities. A fully equipped modern kitchen has a charming eating area for six, with French doors that open onto a lovely courtyard and laundry facilities. There is a private plunge pool, measuring 5 meters by 3 meters, and is located on the lower level. A charming private garden is fitted with a patio and outdoor dining facilities, perfect for al fresco meals. Outdoor barbeque facilities are on-hand here as well. There is a single garage for parking, and the villa features a state-of-the art alarm system.
Each bedroom offers comfort, spaciousness, and true style. The Master Bedroom is furnished with an elegant King sized sleigh bed, colour television, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a shower, and gorgeous views of Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, colour television, and is furnished in a resplendent dark mahogany. French doors open to an intimate courtyard. The private en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a Queen sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, access to an outdoor courtyard, colour television, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower which is shared with the fourth bedroom, which is fitted with twin beds and a colour television. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs on the pool level, and is luxuriously decorated in Indonesian style. It is fitted with two twin beds, a private lounge suite, and a large en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
There is cleaning service provided at Bourgan Villa from Monday to Friday. Whatever your staffing requirements, whether it be a private chef or cook, a nanny, or a concierge to arrange private tours and excursions, this can all be arranged. Please note that the extra staffing is not included in the rates for this villa. The buzzing resort village of Camps Bay is the most sought after destination in the Cape, and is only 15 minutes from central Cape Town and the Waterfront, but you need never leave given the plethora of restaurants and bistros, and picture-perfect palm-lined beach. Private transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.
