Baraka Point is an impressive beachfront estate offering barefoot luxury, full resort amenities and excellent service from a dedicated staff of ten. Sitting peacefully on a headland in the Caribbean Sea with 280 degree views, the property enjoys a built-in sense of privacy from the reef that extends across the bay and giant boulders lining one of the island's quietest beaches. Rented to only one group at a time, the estate's location, layout and staff services make it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends, corporate retreats, weddings and special celebrations of every kind.
Designed to feel like a home away from home, this 12,000 sq foot villa is decorated with handmade silks & hard wood furnishings, and is surrounded by two acres of lush palm gardens for maximum privacy. The villa's handsome copper-peaked pavilions sleep 16 guests with additional accommodation in the Games Pavilion which has a billiards table, home movie theatre, conference facilities and a wet bar.
An outdoor lounge overlooking Baraka Point's private beach area is an idyllic spot to watch magical British Virgin Island sunsets. A SONOS sound system, plus teak-framed sofas with over-sized cushions and a beautiful stone fire pit complement the private beach lounge.
A spacious Main Pavilion incorporates open plan living, dining and entertainment areas including soft-on-the-feet coral stone terraces, an infinity pool, with lovely views and an al fresco dining area with shade sail for sanctuary from the midday sun.
Indulge in pampering spa treatments in the estate's Spa & Wellness Pavilion, for the exclusive use of Baraka Point guests so no appointments are necessary! Try an Ocean Wave Yoga & Pilates session on the beach or work off the excesses of Baraka Point's delectable cuisine in the villa's air-conditioned gym with al fresco fitness studio.
Baraka Point has a ski boat for wake-boarding, water-skiing & tubing, a Hobie Catamaran, sea kayaks, a sea trampoline and a 25 foot luxury Nautica RIB for snorkeling trips, beach picnic drops & island tours. Discerning castaways have their choice of 3 beaches at Baraka Point-Set up camp for the day in Baraka Point's private Beach Area with outdoor SONOS music system, padded loungers, umbrellas & giant built-in day bed. Enjoy picnic lunches, sunset cocktail parties & evening bonfires on this beach. Or, take Baraka Point's 4 x 4 Beach Buggy to two other fabulous beaches, just minutes away.

The ample bedroom suites at Baraka Point accommodate a total of sixteen guests plus infants with a maximum of twelve adults in a group. All bedroom suites have ocean views, sir-conditioning, window screens, en-suite bathrooms, and are individually decorated, but similarly appointed with luxury fittings and modern amenities such as Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV, iPOD stations, flat screen televisions and DVD's. The first Master Suite (Kerala) is located on upper level. It is fitted with a King bed, sitting & dressing areas, a plunge pool with sun terrace, and a private deck. The second Master Suite (Indochine) is also located on the upper level, and is fitted with a King bed, a private sitting and dressing area, day bed areas, and a private deck.
The third Master Suite (Mandarin) is located on the ground level, and is fitted with a King bed, sitting & dressing areas, a sun terrace with al fresco shower, a private deck, and a roof terrace. The first Family Suite (Rajasthan) is located on the ground level, and is fitted with a King bed, a private sun terrace, plus two adjoining twin bedrooms for children. The second Family Suite (Madura) is located on the ground level, and is fitted with a level-King bed, a private sun terrace, plus two adjoining twin bedrooms for children. There is also a private lawn with day beds.
The staff at Baraka Point is comprised of ten full-time dedicated staff members. All staff members live outside Baraka Point Estate so guests' privacy is assured. The staff includes your private chef, who fuses flavors and styles of cuisine to create an exciting variety of dishes throughout the week while a dedicated service team brings fine dining right to the table. Pay only for meals prepared and choose from family-style dishes, tapas platters or multi-course tasting menus with wines paired from Baraka Point's private cellar. Be sure to enjoy a Gourmet Pizza Night, home made in Baraka Point's Italian wood-burning oven - it's the best pizza on the island! The other staff members include a Butler/concierge, who also captains Baraka Point's boats & mixes great cocktails in the bar!, a Housekeeper who performs daily house cleaning with turn down service in the evenings, a grounds man, and a maintenance man.
Baraka Point is located just fifteen minutes by car from Spanish Town; Tennis is a five minute walk away; the nearest grocery store is a fifteen minute drive, as are the nearest restaurants and clinic.
Children are welcomed at Baraka Point, but supervision is required. Water sports on Baraka Point's ski boat, additional trips on the 25 foot Nautica RIB, spa services, yoga/Pilates & personal training sessions, meals, beverages, wine from the cellar, nanny services & 4 x 4 SUVs are an extra charge. Use of Baraka Point's sea trampoline, Hobie Cat sailboat, 4 x 4 Beach Buggy, sea kayaks, snorkelling equipment, children's adventure activities and one snorkel trip or island tour on Baraka Point's RIB are complimentary.
