Villa Cumulus, also known as WV CML, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Lorient within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers views of the bay and nearby islands.This "green" estate offers many energy-saving systems, such as solar panels and water recycling. Vegetation has been carefully planted to maximize shade and air circulation. An inverter central system air-conditioner requires different units of the estate to be closed off completely to maintain air-conditioning.The bright and modern living room has glass doors, which open onto a terrace with ocean views. Located off the living room is a well-stocked library, which is perfect for book lovers. The gourmet kitchen, with a wine cooler and charcoal barbecue, faces the view and opens to an outdoor dining area with seating for 14 guests.Four bedrooms are located around the tropical gardens and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers (one shower is outdoors). The fifth bedroom, located downstairs next to the well-equipped fitness area, has a king-size bed, kitchenette, living area, and an attached private bathroom with rain shower. The sixth bedroom is located in a classic Creole-style bungalow and is ideal for children, with beds and furnishings all adapted to a smaller scale.
