This wonderful Las Brisas villa boasts well-appointed bedrooms, a living room with great view and tropical gardens adjoining a bubbling brook that passes through the property. Five of the bedroom suites are furnished with a king size bed, while the other eight are fitted with two double size beds in each. Amenities include a television, stereo and Jacuzzi.

  Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and balance of payment must be 60 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an Administrative Fee.

  Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

  Security Deposit Policy: A security deposit to cover possible damage or loss to the rental property will be taken on a credit card guarantee that will also be debited to settle any cancellation fees for the property, cancellation amendment fees for any extra services arranged, or to settle your final bill for services payable locally.
