The covered pool terrace features a unique stone crafted raised fire pit and plenty of comfortable seating for evenings under the moonlight. The pool and grounds are lit by the fire of tiki torches in the evening to create an exotic tropical ambiance. The Moonlight terrace located on the upper level is stone tiled, and furnished with comfortable patio chairs and table for enjoying a game of poker or late evening star gazing.

An opulent kitchen with sea foam green marble counter tops and an impressive ocean view is located on the first floor of the estate. The custom wood cabinetry and inlaid mosaic stone flooring create a wonderful cooking environment.

The 3 bedroom suites of the Wailea Estate feature wood paneled ceilings, terrace access, and full private ensuite bathrooms. The luxurious ocean view master bedroom has beautiful hard wood flooring, wood furnishings and a fabulous sleigh style king sized bed. Enjoy the grand feature of a private ensuite sundeck, accessible through the large double glass doors in the master suite. Another king sized bed option is possible in second bedroom by requesting the 2 twin wicker backed beds of the suite be conjoined. The third bedroom is a queen suite that has plenty of natural light and traditional wood furnishings. The fourth bedroom is part of a large studio located in a separate building connected to the main house via a covered walkway.
