Enjoy 2.4-gated acres of manicured gardens with a private grotto and waterfall; over 15 thousand square feet of air-conditioned luxury accommodation and 180 degree views of the turquoise sea from a 60' bluff with stair access to a half mile of secluded sandy beach below. This gorgeous villa's accommodations are for up to 12 guests, infants excluded.
Stargazer villa is comprised of three main buildings, housing five bedrooms plus an enormous master suite, easily accommodating twelve adults.The facilities include a professionally finished lighted tennis court, sauna, hot tub, large swimming pool, gym and Pilates room, dance studio with a professional sprung floor, home movie theater with 8 seats and 100" screen, games room with pool table and gaming machine and 71" HDTV, gourmet kitchen, dining room for twelve, breakfast room, piano, guitars and lots of decks and verandahs on which to get lost. Six bedrooms in total-this Providenciales villa consists of a penthouse master suite, two guest suites with ensuite in the main residence, a pool side suite with ensuite bathroom and mini kitchen. Two bed fully equipped guest house, six and half baths, large living room,games room, three dining areas (interior & exterior), multiple sunset terraces,gourmet kitchen, state of the art media room and laundry room. Many fabulous features that are included in the nightly rate for this esteemed Turks and Caicos villa inlcude free transport from the Airport or FBO to the Villa upon arrival. There will be a welcome snack and drinks upon arrival, and concierge services will be provided by the Villa Manager. Food and beverage shopping as well as a server is provided for lunch and dinner. There is also full chef services for three meals a day, and a customized menu creation. Two maids will be available for daily service from 7:30am to 4:30pm, ground keeping and pool maintenance are also provide. Stargazer villa includes free use of snorkel gear, tennis equipment, computer, printer, local phone, Internet and Skype phone services.
