Description
This 8,000 sq. ft. two story Moroccan inspired villa sits beachfront on a secluded white sand cove at Sapodilla Beach. Providenciales is known for its offshore reefs which provide for spectacular snorkeling and calm waters. Gated and private, the villa is also conveniently situated to take advantage of the dining venues, shopping, casinos, and resorts offered on Providenciales; all within a few minutes drive.
Guests enter the landscaped grounds of the gated property onto a Moroccan courtyard with a central fountain. The guest cottage opens from one side of the courtyard and offers a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room and a private ocean view terrace.
The main entrance to the villa opens to a grand room with formal dining room and living room. The two story ceiling of the living area crowns several seating areas, a fireplace, an eclectic mix of Oriental and European furnishings, and opens through a wall of sliding glass doors to the covered terrace and outdoor seating area. The dining room opens to a lovely pergola shaded dining area and outdoor cooking facilities. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a large eat-at counter.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor in a separate wing. This spacious suite features a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony with a cozy private dining space and lounging area. Two staircases lead to the upper level, which hosts four bedroom suite. Each suite offers an en-suite bathroom and private ocean view balconies. Three of these suites host king sized beds, and one hosts two twin beds.
The Moroccan inspired pool sits on expansive stone decking. An archway leads to the pathway to the beach itself, which is steps away. Balconies, terraces, and stone pathways surround the house, which is designed to take maximum advantage of the beach and ocean views.
Private and on a lovely secluded bay, this more than 8000 sq. foot villa offers direct beach access, lovely ocean views, and proximity to golf, fishing, dining and shopping. La Koubba Villa may be rented as a three, four or six bedroom property. Chef services, spa services and babysitting services may be arranged.
