Casa Varnishkes

Enter the flower lined drive to the gated estate home, Casa Varnishkes located on tranquil and secluded Long Bay Beach. This fully air-conditioned home features a main house and a guest house joined by the dining pavilion. Lighted stairs wind through the landscaped sand to the private beach. There are porches and terraces for relaxing and taking in the blue waters of the Caicos Banks.

This two and a half acre property is perfect for a wedding, anniversary or special birthday. There is an outdoor bar and a dining pavilion that seats twenty. In front of the pavilion is a forty foot freshwater swimming pool. Cook in the outdoor kitchen, dance on the large marble pool terrace.

The main house has an airy living room with big leather couches. There is a media room and office. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has splendid views of the beach.  All the bedrooms have a beautiful solid wood furnishings and en suite bathrooms as well as private terraces with ocean views. One of the bedrooms has a sitting room with a sofa-bed and television set. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the separate guest house. This house has decks off the bedrooms, a living and dining area and a kitchenette. Off the living area is a covered patio with sofa, tables and chairs for chatting or gazing at the ocean.

Play a set of tennis on the all-weather court, which is lit for night games. Beside the fenced court is a tiki bar with a fridge and sink, for relaxing and enjoying a drink, while watching the tennis game. There is also a fitness room with a bathroom and a pullout sofa. For the golfer, the villa is only a twelve minute drive from the course, as well as from shopping, restaurants and resorts.
