Just off the patio is an expansive sundeck with chaise lounges and a luxurious swimming pool. Another sundeck hosts the relaxing hot tub that overlooks the shoreline.

The main pavilion hosts the spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, and formal dining room. There is also a trendy wet bar and baby grand piano as well as access to the shaded patio and swimming pool. The third pavilion is comprised of two levels and includes three guest bedrooms; two with marble baths and a private balcony and one with a private bath as well as a private garden patio.
