Villa Gun Point

Located in a private estate on a peninsula encompassing 5 and a half acres, Gun Point Villa offers wide views of Smuggler’s Cove, Jost Van Dyke to the east, and St. Thomas, USVI to the west.  This privileged location provides guests with peaceful privacy while remaining conveniently close to Road Town's dining, nightlife and shopping venues.

A private dock, 150 feet from the house, is a perfect place for relaxing and for snorkeling and diving on the beach below.  This former gun emplacement also hosts a dock house storing fishing and snorkeling gear for guest useage, and sporting a roof top terrace providing a lovely spot for evening cocktails or an informal lunch.  A private shaded path meanders through the lush tropical vegetation to Smuggler's Cove Beach, about 600 yards away.

This renovated English estate is comprised of the two pavilions surrounding the low-chemical infinity edged pool with ample decking and an open air pool shower. A spacious covered terrace overlooking Smuggler's Cove runs along the front of the main house pavilion.  The living area with high coved ceilings opens to the terrace which provides living and al fresco dining areas. The outdoor dining area hosts a gas barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area provides a state of the art media system.  Wifi Internet is provided throughout the main living areas and by the pool.  A double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping possibilities for larger groups.
The master bedroom suite is located in the main house and hosts a king sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom.  The suite opens both to a private terrace and to the main terrace. The second bedroom in the main house also provides an en-suite bathroom, two twin beds convertible to a king, and french doors open to the main terrace.  All bedrooms and the study are air conditioned.

The guest pavilion hosts three bedrooms suites.  One hosts a king bed and en-suite bathroom. another two twins convertible to a king, and the final a double bed.  These bedrooms share a full bathroom.  An additional study/home office can be used for additional sleeping with a double bed, half bath and covered al fresco shower.

Guests at Gun Point enjoy a complimentary a half day's boat trip around the nearby British Virgin Islands .  Housekeeping, with laundry services, is provided five days per week.  Guests enjoy a spacious, secluded luxury retreat with a sense of history, magnificent views and direct ocean access.
