Villa Champak is an astounding and luxurious Thailand vacation rental in the brand new secluded neighborhood of Miskawaan Estates on the northern coast of the exotic island of Koh Samui. The villas within Miskawaan Estates are show homes and ensure a tranquil and private vacation on one of the most desirable beaches on the island. The estate is comprised of three pavilions that form a beautiful courtyard surrounding the stunning saltwater swimming pool leading to the lush gardens and private beach that offers breathtaking views of the island of Koh Phangan. At the edge of the swimming pool is the sala which is furnished an array of outdoor furniture.
Villa Champak's spacious interiors are well equipped to accommodate families and large groups. This Asia vacation rental's three large pavilions are designed with the highest quality and class in mind and offer a peaceful and calming environment. The first pavilion is located at the back of the courtyard and includes two twin bedrooms and one family size bedroom. The twin rooms are designed with all teak furniture and local wall paintings above the bed. They also have private en-suite bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers. The family bedroom is furnished with a double and two single beds, a sofa, and en-suite bathroom. The pavilion on the left of the pool houses the fully equipped kitchen which leads to the open living and dining areas and additional bathroom. The third pavilion has an additional double bedroom, bathroom, and master suite with walk in closets.
Villa Champak's staff of three strives to ensure that each guest has the most work and worry-free Asia vacation they could ever imagine. The house manager is available 24 hours a day to meet guest's requests, and schedule activities. The maid services visit the property twice a day to tidy up, and there is a gourmet Thai chef that will prepare gourmet local meals for their guests. There is DSL internet access at the villa as well as televisions equipped with satellite and DVD players. Guests can relax at the swimming pool, soak up some sun on the deck, or spend their day at their exclusive beach. Chaweng, the island's most popular resort is just a 15 minute drive and offers several water sports and activities suitable for all ages.
