Blue Serenity Villa rests on two and half acres of tropical verdant landscaping, manicured lawns strewn with mature trees and flourishing island flowers.This Caribbean rental is encased by native blue bit stone walls for complete privacy. Blue Serenity Villa is a luxurious vacation home complemented with comfortable furnishings, abundant lighting and privacy. Guests will delight in the private staircase to the beach and indulge in snorkeling, and dining at Blue Moon Restaurant located in the ever popular Secret Harbor. A lovely swimming pool adorns the grounds with comfortable outdoor furnishings, large umbrellas and chaise lounges. The views from the swimming pool deck are breathtaking.
Blue Serenity Villa's main house is on one level, fully air-conditioned, with vaulted ceilings that open to the Great Room. The Great Room of this Caribbean rental provides a gorgeous sitting area with gourmet kitchen and formal dining area.Hallways run from either side of the Great Room, leading to the main bedrooms.On the east side guests will find two king bedrooms. The master suite is dressed with antiques and a gorgeous four poster canopied bed. French doors open out to a quaint sitting area. The adjacent master bath offers a bathtub and large shower. The west wing houses another King bedroom. A wonderful spiral staircase takes guests up to a comfortable office with modern equipment.
Charming French doors open to the vast sun deck and beautiful swimming pool. A portion of the grand deck is covered, providing shade from the warmth of the tropical sunshine and great for al fresco dining.The fabulous sun deck also provides a lovely dining table and chairs as another venue to enjoy al fresco meals. Adjacent to the main building lies a newly built guest pavilion, completed in late 2010. This building houses 2 king bedrooms, one of which contains a spacious ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a stone shower floor. The second suite boasts a wetb bar, a breakfast area and a large bathroom with double sinks, a two person bathtub and a large, stone floor shower with his and hers waterfall shower heads. Both rooms contain walk in closets and offer private decks that enjoy glorious ocean and sunset views.
There is a long-term tenant in Blue Serenity's Cottage, on the acreage. However, the stone walls surrounding the front of Blue Serenity's Main Villa and new Bedroom Pavilion provide almost complete privacy at Blue Serenity. The tenant has her own electronic gate and driveway, apart from the villa's main entry. You will probably never see the tenant unless you run into her outside while getting in or out of your rental car. Your privacy at Blue Serenity is completely assured!
