Guests can reserve up to seven rooms that are spread out among two separate villas. The main villa greets guests with two master king suites each with an extra sofa bed for children. On the main level of the house guests will find the modern kitchen, spacious and luxurious living room, and large dining area. There is also a third bedroom in the main villa with a private bath. At the pool deck level is the fourth bedroom with private bath, kitchen, and screened in living area. Next door, guests will find "Little Sand Dollar" the 1,400 square foot stone cottage that houses the other three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as it's own private kitchen living area, and beach.

The villa is stocked with computer equipment, fitness equipment, wireless internet, baby furnishings such as a crib and playpen, as well as cable, a Nintendo Game Cube and Sony Playstation 2.
