Description
Bliss is a private three-bedroom villa whose decor is inspired by the ambience and colors of France's Provence region. Set within flowering gardens, a curved brick walkway escorts you through the entry and into the Great Room, which is furnished with a pleasing blend of seagrass, teak, mahogany andantique furniture.
The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and is filled with lovely Provence-inspired china and serving pieces. It is divided from the Great Room's dining area by a custom mahogany island with bar stools. Doors lead to a shaded nook for reading or cocktail conversation, as well as a back garden with professional gas grill. Glass sliders open from the Great Room to the tiled expanse of sun deck and pool which overlooks the Atlantic and Hans Lollick island. A large gazebo by the pool is a wonderful spot for shady alfresco meals.
The master bedroom and en suite bath complete the main level at Bliss. This serene suite boasts a romantic four-poster king bed and a spacious master bath featuring a soaking tub and large shower. A set of glass doors leads to the terrace and pool, while another door opens to a private outdoor stone garden shower.
On the upper story, two bedrooms share an aquamarine tiled bath featuring a double-sink vanity and ample walk-in shower. One bedroom can be made up as either a king bed or as two twins, and reflects the vivid colors of the Caribbean. The other bedroom's decor harkens back to British colonial days and offers a queen four-poster bed, caned settee, and handsome mahogany armoire. Both bedrooms have sliders opening to a long balcony, with table and chairs looking out to sea.
