Description
Marine Terrace villa is nestled on the "Falaise des Oiseaux," or the cliffs overlooking Bay Rouge and the island of Anguilla. This unique two-level villa boasts a large swimming pool by the entrance, with a charming white-glass laid bridge leading to the main reception and living area. The large stone paved patio has tranquil gazebos overlooking the rippling ocean waters. Pristine white chaise longues adorn the deck.
The villa's classic modern interiors lead to a stunning patio through large sliding glass doors. The patio offers a full-service built-in bar with refrigerator, an ideal aid for alfresco dining and entertaining. The front terrace has a superb view of Bay Rouge and ample seating in the two gazebo areas. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen also boasts breathtaking views. Three very large bedrooms are located on the main floor and open to the living area. The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level, offering a lot of privacy and beautiful views over the ocean. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have plasma TVs, DVD players and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a large tub.
Marine Terrace is located a short distance from fabulous duty-free shopping, French restaurants and pristine beaches. Activities close at hand include horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, windsurfing, parasailing, sunbathing and ocean swimming.
