La Dacha villa boasts a dramatic cliffside setting, with fabulous views over the waterfront below and the sea beyond. Surrounded by two acres of lush, landscaped gardens, the villa is very secluded. With its expansive outdoor living and dining areas and large overflow pool, it is perfect for entertaining. All five bedroom suites are air conditioned.
Beautifully appointed throughout, the villa has interior living and dining spaces that open to the outdoors, where an extensive veranda, pool terrace and gazebo are furnished for lounging and enjoying alfresco meals. Its sleek, well-equipped kitchen also opens out and features a pass-through counter with seating. Among Terres Basses villas, La Dacha villa boasts especially spacious bedroom suites, each including a king-size bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. One of the suites has the added convenience of an adjacent, well-equipped exercise area.
La Dacha is an especially alluring villa with very stylish interiors and a nuance of the exotic. Maid services are provided six days per week. Chef services are available for additional cost, by prior arrangement. It is only a two-minute drive to a wonderful beach, and the nightlife, dining and shopping of Marigot is only 10 minutes by car.
