Perched on a hillside, Jacaranda II villa offers a distinctive creole ambience and extraordinary views of the Caribbean from almost any location on the property. The focal point of this recently redecorated estate is the gorgeous private swimming pool, surrounded by hand-set tile and a beautiful gazebo.
Jacaranda II is a large four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa, with spacious interiors. The vaulted ceilings complement the rustic wooden furnishings that add a colonial feel to one of the most beautiful St. Martin villa rentals. The modern kitchen offers a small bar, and curved doorways, and is furnished with all major appliances. The dining areas seat six both inside and under the covered terrace. The living room can comfortably seat from eight and 10 guests, and leads out to the patio and pool. Each of the three main bedrooms is fully furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with original Caribbean tile, shower and his-and-her sinks. A small fourth bedroom has been added, with queen bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
The villa is just a three-minute drive to the beach, so the family can enjoy the perfect St. Martin holiday. The capital, Marigot, is a 10-minute drive, boasting the best nightlife, dining and shopping on the island. For extra privacy, a security gate surrounds the entire property. Maid service is provided six days a week. A French chef or butler can also be on hand, for additional fee and by prior notice. The property has a washer and dryer.
