Description
Escapade villa sits on a gorgeous hillside in Terres Basses, the French Lowlands, providing breathtaking views across Simpson Bay Lagoon and the sparkling waters of the Caribbean. Within an enclave of only a few homes, Escapade offers guests a communal marina and tennis court. A beautiful swimming pool, wrapped in dark teakwood, is the centre of a wonderful terrace. Comfortable white chaise longues, with blue-fabric cushions, are placed about the pool deck. Swaying palm trees and magnificent, aromatic foliage flourish throughout the tranquil grounds.
From the front door entrance of Escapade, guests are greeted with a corridor view of the Caribbean. The villa's furnishings are beautiful rattan, white wicker, embellished with gorgeous French fabrics. Terra cotta flooring and fine art are found throughout this unique villa. The four bedroom suites are furnished in tropical wicker and rattans and offer en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have private shower baths, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two offer king-size beds and two have twins. The gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and modern accessories, opens onto both indoor and outdoor dining areas, leading to a spectacular terrace.
Maid services are provided six days a week, and laundry facilities are available. Guests can indulge in many watersports and outdoor activities, including snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, excursions to neighboring islands and horseback riding. From the gates of Escapade it is a short drive to the beach and the wonderful duty-free shops, French restaurants and world class casinos of Marigot.
