Description
Beaulieu villa is a spacious and charming property. Nestled on an emerald-green hill, it overlooks the stunning beaches of Baie Rouge. The very open architecture of Beaulieu allows guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the neighbouring tropical island of Anguilla, completely surrounded by crystal-blue waters. The villa has a private, heated pool that overlooks the beautiful beaches, as well as a gorgeous pool deck and a partially shaded terrace - perfect for romantic dinners under the stars, or an entire family dinner alfresco style.
The spacious and bright living areas are decorated with new, beautiful contemporary furniture. The very comfortable living and dining areas both open up to the terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped for the perfect vacation, and boasts a new kitchen bar constructed of maple that opens towards the sea and pool. All three bedroom suites include private en-suite bathrooms, well appointed décor, televisions and DVD, A/C, ceiling fans and amazing views. Please note a fourth bedroom in a separate cottage is only available with the prime Christmas and New Years reservations. At all other times the villa is available as a three bedroom residence.
Beaulieu offers a range of activities for the guests who would prefer to stay in residence and thoroughly enjoy this villa rental in St. Martin. For extra security, a privacy gate surrounds the villa. For those who choose to explore the island, the beach is only a three-minute drive and includes all manner of watersports. Four miles from Beaulieu is the capital, Marigot, which boasts the best shopping, dining and nightlife on the island.
