Ambiance is a beautiful four bedroom property located in the Terres Basses region on St. Martin. Inspiring sunsets over the beautiful Caribbean Sea and casual, contemporary elegance have combined in this new hill-side villa to create a unique ambiance for a wonderful experience. It is simply a fantastic family retreat and the ideal place for a special occasion.
One of the highlights of Ambiance, aside from the stunning views, is the large private swimming pool and terrace; the perfect location for sun-drenched days and al fresco meals at evening. There is also a covered outdoor lounge seating area where guests can enjoy the tropical breeze in a cooler setting. The interiors of Ambiance are spacious, warm, and welcoming. The air-conditioned living area is fitted with contemporary and comfortable furniture, a large plasma color satellite television, a DVD player, and a CD player. The dining area is wonderfully appointed, and the large, modern kitchen is fitted with numerous major modern appliances.
Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms features a King size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a DVD player, and a safe for valuables. Two of the bedrooms are connected to each other, and a third bedroom has a small room attached to it with a single bed.
The staff of Ambiance is comprised of a housekeeper and a gardener. There is pool maintenance performed. The shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Marigot are located just twelve minutes from Ambiance; the nearest beach is a three minute drive, and the nearest grocery store is a seven minute drive. Princess Juliana International airport is an approximate thirty minute transfer from Ambiance.
