Belle Fontaine villa is a stunning property located in beautiful Terres Basses. Recently renovated, with a fifth bedroom and large gazebo added, it is nestled amid lush green palm trees, less than a three-minute drive from beautiful white sandy beaches. Its private pool looks out to the aqua blue Caribbean ocean and also has a Jacuzzi for a romantic evening under the stars. Surrounding the large pool is the oversized, rustic wooden patio. The patio is completely furnished and ideal for entertaining guests in the evening, with the lapping of the Caribbean and mesmerizing tropical sunset. Belle Fontaine is perfect for a honeymoon or family vacation.

This St. Martin villa rental has five master bedrooms that all include king beds, en suite bathrooms with beautifully designed tile and showers, air conditioning, ceiling fans and spectacular views of the Caribbean. The very high ceilings throughout bring a luxurious and tropical feel to Belle Fontaine. The living area is very spacious and designed with a contemporary feel. Living can also be enjoyed outdoors, on the covered terrace. Dining areas can be found both indoors and out. A modern kitchen is fitted with all the major appliances.

For extra privacy, a security gate surrounds this most stately of St. Martin vacation villas. The beach is just a three-minute drive. Sunbathing, fishing and glorious swimming are just a few of the activities that can be enjoyed. Marigot, the capital, is about 15 minutes away and has the best shopping, dining and nightlife on the island.

A 50% deposit is required for holiday reservations and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 105 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 60 days of travel may incur an administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 105 days prior to travel are subject to a 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 105 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Reservations for holiday reservations that are cancelled more than 105 days prior to travel are subject to a 70% penalty. Holiday reservations cancelled 105 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable.
