Villa Serena is a prime property nestled directly on the beautiful white sands of Baie Rouge Beach, in a gated community with only 13 other homes. The slight elevation of the villa provides breathtaking views of the crystal-blue ocean and the neighboring island of Anguilla. Villa Serena's large, secluded swimming pool and sweeping deck offer an extraordinarily elegant design. Remarkable, wide white arches, held up by large columns, surround the pool and frame the view of the Caribbean in luxurious style. The architecture of this grand of St. Martin vacation villas offers a Moorish theme, with spacious, comfortable living areas - approximately 7,500 square feet of roofed living space! Its vaulted ceilings blend with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. The high ceilings and curved doorways add to the tranquil ambience. Its living room features new furniture with large, comfortable couches, and a media area with huge flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo and reading area. The very modern kitchen is equipped with all major appliances. Villa Serena includes five to six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms. Two bedrooms include twin beds and private bathrooms. The master bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a king-size bed, large dressing area and small refrigerator. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans and French doors.
One of the most accommodating St. Martin villas, it has a beachfront location that is perfect for large families. Laundry services are on the property, used by the maid who works six days a week. A French chef or butler on can be on hand, with prior notice and for additional charge. Marigot, the capitol of French St. Martin, is only a 15-minute drive and offers the best dining, nightlife and shopping. There is also a staff cottage with a concierge to provide guests with the information and services they need during their Caribbean vacation.
