Description
Set in the hills of Cap Estate, Residence du Cap's two story structure is situated to take advantage of wide open views of the Caribbean, Pigeon Island and the Pitons. Smuggler's Cove below is uncrowded and provides calm waters and excellent snorkelling.
Nestled on about three quarters of an acre on an old sugar plantation, the house is reached by crossing a footbridge from the parking area. The open living areas open to the verandah and pool at the front of the villa, and the extensive pool area decking provides for abundant lounging space as well as spectacular Caribbean views. There is a convenient outdoor shower for after pool or beach. The light and open living room, dining room and kitchen flow into each other as well as into the outside living areas.
Each of the three upstairs bedroom suites offers sea views, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom also boasts a private balcony. The fourth bedroom is hosted in the private and self-contained guest cottage; perfect for friends or family guests. There is an additional patio with seating areas at the back of the house for additional lounging and privacy.
The St Lucia Golf and Country Club is just minutes away from Cap Estate and all manner of water sports are available nearby.
