Seashore Allure

Situated right on the water on St. John, an island known for its beautiful beaches and with three-fifths of the island protected National Park lands,  Seashore Allure provides direct beach access.  Guests enjoy fabulous views of Turner Bay and  Little and Great St. James islands from both private terraces and communal areas. This intimate, newly constructed  complex on the outskirts of Great Cruz Bay offers four ground floor private and stylish one bedroom condominium units.  Great Cruz Bay is a ten minute walk on a path through a nature preserve.

Each condominium is attractively styled with warm tropical woods and St. John's typical coral and shellwork accents, along with the most modern amenities and conveniences.  A private verandah stretches along the front of the condominiums and overlooks the waterfront pool.  The master bedroom hosts a king sized canopied bed and an en-suite bathroom with both spray and rain showers.  The two end units, Trochas and Areola, also host bay window Jacuzzi tubs. The great room opens to the terrace, includes an indoor dining area, and flows to the fully equipped kitchen with eat-at bar.

Seashore Allure's waterfront pool and entertainment area is steps from your condominium's private terrace. The ample coralstone pool decking hosts al fresco dining facilities, lounging areas, and a thatched pavilion with a gas grill and satellite TV.  There are also a convenient powder room and shower poolside.  A spiral staircase leads to the top level of Seashore Allure where a covered patio hosts Seashore Allure's oversized hot tub and lounging area with panoramic views.

Seashore Allure is fully air conditioned and offers WiFi internet, Dish Network TV, surround sound,  Blu Ray DVD,  a selection of games and DVDs, and shared office and laundry facilities.  On the beach but only a few minutes from the nightlife, shopping and dining venues of Great Cruz Bay, Seashore Allure allows for a spectacular and private St. John's getaway.
