Description
Kismet Villa is one of the most alluring villas in St. John. This beautiful and expansive estate is perched on the summit of Maria's Bluff, offering panoramic views of Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay, St. Thomas and, on clear days, St. Croix and beyond. The villa includes three pavilions that open to a beautifully tiled courtyard, which houses the large and very private swimming pool and hot tub. Just off the courtyard is a lush garden filled with enchanting palm trees, and exotic flowers and fruits.
For families or groups who want to rent St. John villas, Kismet Villa is the ideal destination. The luxurious, spacious interiors offer guests well-appointed living areas designed with a Moroccan flair. The first of three air-conditioned pavilions, the Great Room greets guests with a comfortable living area that leads into a formal dining room, media room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. In the Master Bedroom pavilion, guests find a sitting room, bath with steam room. Located poolside, the third pavilion houses two bedrooms and baths. Two additional bedrooms with private baths are found on the lower floor, as well as a billiards room, two single daybeds, a wet bar and full bath.
Kismet offers its guests one of the most stylish villas in the Virgin Islands. It provides exclusive amenities and activities for all ages. A property manager, who lives in separate quarters, is on hand to provide guests with information about the island, make reservations and help with travel arrangements. Included in the rental is transportation to and from the airport, a private water taxi between St. Thomas and St. John's National Park dock, and daily maid service.
