2B Peter Bay Villa enjoys an idyllic setting a short walk from one of the islands glorious white sand beaches on the North shore. This wonderful property is nestled on a lush hillside, in luxurious Peter Bay, and is just 50 feet above the white-sand beaches and crystal-blue sea. The unique villa is spread over several levels and provides guests with some of the most captivating views of the seaside and neighboring islands. Outdoors, a wraparound balcony provides visitors with ample space to enjoy a meal alfresco, and includes a gas grill and wine cooler. Two steps down, guests will find the private swimming pool and sundeck, furnished with comfortable chaise longues and cocktail area for two. A stone staircase leads guests to the next tier of the property, where a luxurious hot tub is surrounded by a stone terrace.
Guests are welcomed onto the property by a columned entry portico that leads to the stunning foyer and the main floor, which is located on two levels. Nearby is an office and open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. The property also boasts an extraordinary great room and sitting area, which is ideal for watching television and movies, as well as reading. Guests can have meals in the formal dining area, or go through one of the five sets of magnificent French doors out to the covered gallery where they can dine alfresco.
