Description
Recently constructed VI Friendship Villa incorporates yachting details with contemporary design. Perched cliffside the Villa is spectacularly located for taking advantage of panoramic views of Great Cruz Bay, fresh trade breezes and the sounds of the surf.
The infinity edged pool, with hot tub, is surrounded by abundant space for sunning, al fresco dining, outdoor grilling and offers a wet bar. A short staircase leads from the pool and decking to a bulkhead sand beach shaded by palm trees. Outdoor living and entertaining at its best!
The multi-level villa opens through fold back glass paneled doors to the outdoor areas. The open plan living areas include the living room, adjacent dining area, fully equipped kitchen and pantry with granite eat at bar. There are also an office area "with-a-view" and a convenient guest powder room.
The two bedroom wings branch from the main living areas. Each wing hosts two spacious bedroom suites with queen sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private sea view balconies. All bedrooms are air conditioned and offer flat screen satellite TV and individually controlled sound systems.
The top level is comprised of an exercise pavilion. Three sides are glass for spectacular views. The exercise room is well-equipped and air-conditioned. The adjacent patio provides a resting spot and panoramic views.
The lowest level of this over 10,000 sq foot villa holds two further queen sized bedroom suites with private balconies, as well as a game room with ping pong, pool and game tables. There is another convenient powder room on this level. The game room opens to the bulkhead beach and an outdoor brazier.
