The View is a wondrous ocean view property situated in the Columbier region of St. Barths. This open, spacious one storey four bedroom villa offers a definite luxury escape feel to it, yet is infused with myriad of home comforts and amenities. High vaulted ceilings, modern yet comfortable furnishings and a spectacular view of Gustavia, are but a few of the enticing features of this private property. There is most definitely a 'Malibu Beach meets the Caribbean' feel to both the architecture and ambiance of The View.
The interiors are designed to blend sea, sky, and light. The main living and dining areas of the villa are large, featuring well appointed and comfortable white sofas, chairs which, combined with the high vaulted wood ceilings and tiled and wooden floors, provide a hint of the Mailbu touch, yet a definite local feel is present. Some of the entertainment amenities in the main living area at The View include French satellite television, a DVD player, internet connection, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and internet connection.The wonderful kitchen features all of the major modern appliances, and is ideal for those who delight in all things culinary. A spacious covered tiled patio is the place to sit with a cocktail and revel in the tropical breezes. The main deck area of The View offers a good sized infinity swimming pool and plentiful outdoor furnishings where one may relax, repose, and soak up the sun.
Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms is most inviting, and each offers a divine view of the ocean and nearby Gustavia. Each of the four bedrooms are fitted with Queen sized beds, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a safe for your added security. The View is located just five minutes from the fabulous shopping, restaurants and invigorating nightlife of Gustavia, the nearest restaurant, and the island airport. Daily maid service (with the exception of Sundays and National Holidays) is included in the cost of this villa. Guests of The View also have the option of utilizing laundry services, which are provided at an additional cost. A cook is also available at an extra cost.
