Description
This captivating villa is located on the private estate of Mont Jean and is very near Pointe Milou. About 15 minutes from Gustavia, the villa is fairly close to restaurants and shopping and enjoys a private access road down to the dock where guests can swim in the warm Caribbean waters and enjoy snorkeling in the natural reserve where there are multitudes of brightly colorful tropical fish.
Spacious and well appointed, the house is set just above the rocky shores of the bay, where private steps lead to and from the water and a small wooden sunbathing deck.
Interestingly, and quite different from other homes in St. Barts, the lovely swimming pool is behind the house and the ocean is in front. Nevertheless, floor to ceiling windows and doors open up so that there are breathtaking views throughout.
Vaulted exposed beam ceilings, ceramic tile and polished parquet flooring come together to create a lovely, modern yet very cozy atmosphere. Comfortable overstuffed couches are situated around a huge wood and glass coffee table and are perfect for lounging around while listening to music from the shiny white baby grand that is placed nearby.
Each of the four well appointed guest rooms feature a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and beautiful ocean views.
