White washed vaulted ceilings with exposed beams set the tone for the expansive 40 foot living room, where antique furnishings and cozy overstuffed ecru sofas and chairs are accented with fluffy pistachio green cushions. The expansive living area spills out onto the deck overlooking the pool and stunning vistas of Turtle Island and Marigot Bay.

To the side of the living room, a huge gourmet kitchen can be found, inviting the most ambitious of culinary artists to have some fun. The kitchen opens onto a covered al fresco dining area which overlooks the ocean, Marigot Bay and the pool. To the other side, the master bedroom, which features an antique four poster bed and French doors, faces the ocean and opens onto a private formal garden. The second and third bedrooms also feature king size beds and all three bedrooms in the house boast both indoor and outdoor showers along with private en-suite bathrooms. Down by the pool there is a pool house which has been turned into a large, air-conditioned screening room with a 55" television and an en-suite marble bathroom. Just behind the screening room, a fully equipped private gym and office await for those who care to get in a little bit of a workout, or perhaps, even a little bit of work.
