Villa Roxanne is a brand new villa with a spectacular ocean view located in Gustavia, St. Barts. Enjoy the beauty of full day sun exposure, and take in a partial sunset as the evening sets in over the neighbouring islands. The spacious lap pool has walk in steps, and gets plenty of sun for long afternoons of swimming and relaxing in spa like patio chairs.
This villa is made up of 2 buildings. The first main building includes the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace and a beautiful view. A large central room accommodates the kitchen and living room, with large bar and stools that divide the space. The living room is furnished with quality white leather sofas, specifically placed to capture the perfect view of the ocean below. Take advantage of the convenient wine cellar in the well-equipped dream kitchen, perfectly situated next to the bar for hassle-free entertaining.
The second of the buildings houses 5 bedrooms, each of which features its own private en-suite bathroom. Rooms are furnished with plush king sized beds, and decorated in whites and blues with hints of dark wood in the floors and furnishings. Guests staying in any of the six bedrooms will enjoy a beautiful view of one of the property's gardens, or the convenience of walkout access to the villa's interior patio or terrace.
