The Sand Club

The Sand Club is a beautiful oasis on the white sand beach of Flamands Bay, shaded by a row of stately royal palms. This newly built villa offers lovely seaside views of Bonhomme Island and St-Martin.

The villa's interiors are white, accented with cool blues, warm wood, and attractive, comfortable furniture. The lower level of the main house hosts the large, open concept kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats fourteen. The expansive terrace and heated step down infinity pool are accessed from the living room through louvered doors. The entire area opens to the outside for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

An outdoor kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining, and outdoor dining for fourteen are located at one end of the pool. At the other end sit the gazebo and outdoor shower. Behind the main house is a comfortably furnished television cottage, with satellite television, a big plasma screen and a DVD player.

The Sand Club offers six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite television, DVD players and refrigerators. The master bedroom sits on the upper level of the main house and offers bay views through the wall length louvered wooden doors which open onto the private balcony. The ceiling is vaulted and the king size baldaquin bed has soft white gauze curtains.

Three bedrooms are in separate cottages beside and behind the main house. Each bedroom suite features a queen sized, four poster bed with white gauze curtains, and en-suite bathrooms with outdoor natural stone showers. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are next to each other on the upper level of the main house. The fifth room has a king sized bed and the sixth is a children's room with two sets of bunk beds.

This St. Barth's villa, situated on perhaps the loveliest of St. Barth's beaches, offers direct beach access, beautiful sea level views, and expansive outdoor living areas.
