Majorca is the largest Spanish Island in the Mediterranean Sea and is part of the Balearic Islands archipelago. The name comes from the Latin insula maior, "larger island". Palma, the capital, is also the capital of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. Majorca is considered to be one of the most beautiful and interesting of all the islands in the area. Villa Andrea is chic and contemporary with eclectic furnishings, design and art throughout. The main house hosts seven guest suites, featuring king beds with romantic canopies and soft breezy mosquito netting. Expansive en-suite bathrooms with double vanities and claw foot tubs make everything just perfect. With 9 bathrooms altogether, two living rooms with fireplaces, a huge dining room that hosts ten and a lovely library there is plenty of spacious comfort. The professional gourmet kitchen is equipped by Gaggenau and a veritable chef's delight; there can be no end to the rich delicacies that will be produced there.

Ample grounds host a large free form swimming pool, private tennis court, spatial veranda set for al fresco dining, comfortable outdoor seating areas, a helicopter pad and direct access to Cala San Juan beach. Additionally, there are 6 guest houses, staff quarters and a car port for 7 cars.
