Located in the Es Cubells region on the romantic isle of Ibiza, Villa Sereno is absolutely splendid two storey, six bedroom, air-conditioned private villa situated within an oasis of beautifully landscaped gardens, which lends an air of peace and tranquility.
Exhilarating views may be enjoyed from the large and sprawling terraces of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding countryside. These two natural elements add both a romantic and enticing touch to this extraordinary house. The villa is located just fifteen minutes to the nearest town for shopping and restaurants, and only ten minutes from the fabulous beaches of Porroig, Torrent, Llentrisca, and Cala D'Hort. The design is a rustic yet classic Spanish-Mediterranean one infused with contemporary furnishings; the combination is both elegant and exceedingly comfortable.

The first level of Villa Sereno features the drawing room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The drawing room features oversized white couches and a large stone fireplace ensure that serenity is the order of the day whilst relaxing here. The large, spacious kitchen is well designed and fitted with all major modern appliances. The three rooms of this luxury Ibiza villa open onto a large covered terrace, which itself is fitted with outdoor living and dining facilities. Thus guests may enjoy many a tranquil sunset; the soft Mediterranean breezes add the perfect ingredient to pre-al-fresco dinner cocktails. One of the most enticing features of Villa Sereno is its large swimming pool and adjoining pool house, which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque. Also found here is a covered dining area as well as an outdoor shower and private washroom. Some of the entertainment amenities at include color television, a DVD player, internet access, and a stereo system.
The ground level of the house features four of the six air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the beds measures 1.80 x 2 m. The main bedroom suite, complete with gorgeous sea views, a large private dressing room, a living room with color television, access to an outdoor terrace, a double bed, and a private en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer beautiful sea views and access to the terrace, a double bed, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom opens directly onto the exterior living space on the terrace. It is fitted with a double bed and as well a private en suite bathroom with a shower. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully appointed with comfortable furnishings; each also maximizes the element of natural exterior lighting. The fifth bedroom is located in the small apartment located near the swimming pool area. This apartment and bedroom also offers a terrace with sea views, a small living area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The sixth bedroom is fitted with twin beds, and is ideal for children, singles, or teenagers.
Daily maid service is available, as well as the property caretaker, who resides in a separate cottage on the property. Extra staff can be arranged, as well as an excellent cook.
