A set of stairs leads from this terrace to the pool area with its outdoor shaded kitchen and barbecue and marble dining table. Another terrace beyond the pool hosts a water garden. A grassy, sunny area on the south side of the villa provides seating for intimate breakfasts or a safe play area for children.

The main indoor living area hosts the living room with beamed ceilings and terracotta floor as well as a large fireplace. The open plan dining and kitchen area seats ten and showcases an additional fireplace and Lacanche gourmet range cooker. A well-stocked and comfortable library hosts an Internet workspace and opens both to the courtyard and the enclosed lounge terrace entertainment area. The drawing room opens off of either the courtyard or its own terrace, which also connects to the enclosed library terrace. The drawing room and its terrace share a chimney for an outdoor/indoor fireplace, and the drawing room also offers a pantry and bar.

Outdoor terraces totally surround this single level villa. The master bedroom opens onto its own terrace offering Mediterranean sea views and featuring an outdoor shower. The master bedroom suite offers a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom with Hamman bath, and sitting and dressing areas. The second bedroom offers a full sized bed and en-suite shower bathroom.
