The grand infinity pool flows the entire length of the main house and boasts 160 feet of infinity edge.  Terraces appear to float over the pool, and surround the main dining and living palapa.  Oversized sofas, ample dining space, and Mexican arts and crafts are housed under the palm thatched roof, providing guests with elegant seating options for enjoying the stunning views across the infinity pool whose waters appear to spill directly into the Pacific.  An adjacent Jacuzzi offers additional view options. The elegantly sculpted tropical wood bar comfortably seats eight.

Indoor dining and living areas open to the outdoors, and outdoor dining is also available on the family room terrace.  The property also features a fully equipped kitchen, gym, entertainment room, sauna, massage room, and office facilities.

The main house hosts seven bedroom suites, each with en-suite bathroom.  All suites are ample enough to provide sitting areas and offer Internet access.  Three master bedrooms host king sized beds and open to terraces.  Two additional suites offer queen sized beds.   Suites six and seven each host two double sized beds, and one offers an additional outdoor seating area.  All suites open to terraces or the gardens. Indoor spaces are air conditioned.

The guest casita offers an additional two bedroom suites with one queen sized bed per room and en-suite bathrooms.  Two additional casita bedrooms are occupied by staff.
