Casa Majani

Situated on the beach, the villa’s two outdoor infinity edged pools interconnect and appear to spill directly into waters of the Pacific.  Conceived by renowned eco-sensitive architects, the series of independent structures comprising the villa complex are connected by a network of pathways through numerous water features; the whole creating the illusion that Casa Majani is suspended over the Pacific.  Use of native woods, natural rock, and tropical colors blend the native with the contemporary, and the interiors with the lush outside spaces.

The central structure of Casa Majani is the grand dining and living palapa.  The simple but sophisticated structure with a palm thatched roof provides ample oceanfront seating and a dining table for 12.  Indoor dining facilities are housed under a wooden vaulted ceiling, bordered by a reflective pool and decorated with colorful local art.  An intimate breakfast nook sits on a patio outside the fully equipped kitchen, and is bordered by a pond.

Gathering spaces are also found in the family /media room and the yoga/fitness room.  The family room offers a home theatre and a variety of board games.  The Tucari Yoga room features floor to ceiling windows and native hardwood floors, and can be fully opened on two sides to take advantage of the trade breezes.

Casa Majani hosts five bedroom suites and an independent apartment.  All suites are designed to flow seamlessly into the surrounding tropical landscape.  The Aramara (ocean) suite features a king sized bed, beachfront terrace, and a full en-suite bathroom with stone crafted tub and indoor and outdoor showers.  The Keili (Tree) Master Suite showcases a terrace suspended over the infinity pool, offering panoramic views and soothing light reflection.  The suite hosts a king sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a stone crafted tub and a shower with glass doors opening to the outdoor wooden terrace.

The three guest suites include the Tao (sun), Turi (children) and Wiki (bird).  The Tao hosts a king sized bed, lounging area, garden view and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers.  The Turi and Bird rooms are adjacent and together make a perfect family retreat.  The Turi offers two queen sized beds, window seating, and garden views.  The Wiki features a king sized bed, garden views and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers.

The Xotu (flower) apartment provides a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and can be combined with the adjacent kitchen and laundry to provide a completely independent living unit.

Three meals are prepared each day during guests’ stays and the guest houseman is available to see to guests’ needs.  Directly on the beach, providing seamless indoor/outdoor living, and with access to the amenities and services of the Four Seasons and St. Regis Punta Mita Resorts, Casa Majani represents a perfect tropical retreat for discerning travelers.
