This elegantly designed estate is located on the prestigious beach of Conchas Chinas, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Enclosed with immense ivy-covered brick walls this holiday villa was once highlighted in the 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous' television series, Villa Verano is reveled as one of the most impressive, luxurious and tranquil waterfront estates of the ever popular Mexican Riviera.
Upon entering the grand foyer of this gorgeous Puerto Vallarta holiday villa, guests will be tantalized by the fine contemporary Mexican art work, comfortable furnishings and hand-rubbed driftwood-shaded hardwoods that make up the unique design of Villa Verano. The well-designed and open living room is idyllic for get-togethers, undisturbed reading, or basking in the beauty of its environment. Twelve elaborate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are present on the estate of Villa Verano. All have air-conditioning and include private bathrooms with showers, ceiling fans and wonderful ocean views. Five bedrooms are positioned in the main villa, and four "Jungle Rooms" stand apart from the main villa located adjacent to each other. The tenth and eleventh bedroom are located in the Casita, which is also adjacent to the main villa. The beach house, also available for rent, is a self contained, 2000 square foot, private one bedroom home with a heated infinity pool, gourmet kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor dining terrace and magnificent ocean views. Their is a large ensuite bathroom as well as an outdoor shower and a guest powder room, making it ideal for honeymooners or couples.
Four elegantly dressed dining venues are rendered in this Puerto Vallarta luxury vacation rental, each indulging in romance and charm of Puerto Vallarta. The staff employed at Villa Verano is highly trained, attentive and offer the warmth and charm of this tropical paradise. Two chefs, three housemen, two maids, two gardeners and a laundress are placed at guest's disposal. Among the extensive list of amenities offered at Villa Verano is a modern 30,000-gallon water reservoir and purification system. Water sports, fine dining, shopping and historical sites are a brief scenic walk down the cobblestone streets from Villa Verano. If more than 12 bedrooms are required the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club, which adjacent to Villa Verano has an additional ten suites, which can be rented along with Villa Verano, either individually or all together. The two properties combined offer a total of 22 suites.
