Description
This enchanting 6,000 square-foot villa overlooks the Bay of Banderas, offering spectacular views of both the ocean and nearby Puerto Vallarta. Designed in the Colonial style, it is filled with antiques and Mexican art objects, lending an air of rustic charm and elegance. Can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Stunning Mexican ceramic tiled floors and white-stoned walls give the home a dramatic yet inviting atmosphere.
The main level features a large living room with a huge fireplace, a dining room, a deck overlooking the sea, and a professional, modern kitchen with a 22-foot vaulted brick ceiling. There is a high-tech reverse osmosis drinking water system. On the main level is one large bedroom with a fireplace.
Descend into the fountain courtyard, off of which are a small bedroom and two huge master suites, both with fireplaces, and one with a mini-kitchen. This level also features a beautiful, private heated swimming pool, sundeck, and palapa-roofed bar.
All of the bedroom suites are fully air-conditioned, and have ceiling fans. The two master suites are each fitted with king size beds. The third suite is fitted with one king size bed. The fourth suite is fitted with two queen beds. The fifth bedroom is fitted with two double beds, with the sixth bedroom offering two twin beds.
The cook at Villa Ventura will prepare any two meals a day for you and maid service is provided. There is a villa manager shared between the three villas in this complex. All staff are off Sundays unless other arrangements are made.
Shopping, restaurants, and the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta is just over 2 minutes away.
