Description
Perched just above Los Amapas beach in the exclusive Gold Coast region, the 6,050 square foot villa boasts large, airy rooms, all of which open to magnificent views of the sea. Ideal for entertaining or quiet, intimate getaways, Marea Alta has tiled floors and patios throughout and exquisitely designed interiors.
A heated infinity pool overlooks the ocean and an exterior elevator provides easy access to the beach below.
The four bedrooms are all spacious, as is the modern gourmet kitchen, with its commercial range and marble counters. The four-and-a-half bathrooms feature handmade ceramic tiles and Mexican marble. Air-conditioning throughout, and water purification system.
The villa staff includes a cook (who will prepare two meals a day), maid, houseman, gardener and general manager.
Marea Alta is located next to Marea Baja, which may be rented together for a total of seven bedrooms.
