Description
This ocean-front villa is situated on a coral dune and provides breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. A path walks you down to a unique natural coral environment that pulsates with sea life. Walk the rocks from the villa path and sandy beaches are 100 yards on either side of you.
Esprit del Mar's roof-covered patios are linked to the 45 foot long infinity-edge pool. The pool boasts an eight person Jacuzzi tub for soaking and viewing the ocean.
The first floor of Esprit del Mar has a living room with three lounging sofas and complete entertainment system. The dining room features a dramatically candle lit wall, and the nine foot table can accommodate twelve. The professional black granite kitchen is large enough for everyone to watch or participate in meal preparation. And outside, under the patio ceiling, is a grill and a bar.
The Library Bedroom is located on the first floor, has a four-poster hardwood bed and overlooks the Caribbean Sea through a small balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a Crema Maya marble double vanity and two rainfall shower heads.
The second floor houses three bedrooms. The Master suite occupies one entire wing of the villa and its king size bed is made of fossilized hardwood extracted from the depths of the Yucatan jungle. A single bed is for lounging or additional sleeping. The master bathroom is floor to ceiling marble with a six foot round soaking tub, a rainfall shower and two marble sinks. This suite has a private balcony with lounge chairs and a built-in couch which overlooks the pool and the sea.
The Caribbean Suite's king-sized bed looks directly at the Caribbean Sea through nine foot glass doors.The marble-clad bathroom has a hand-made egg-shaped tub that offers stunning views of the sea while you shower or bathe. The oversized private balcony has cushioned loungers and a seating area.
The Jungle Suite offers a playful accommodation for children of any age. Two double and two single beds, a large bathroom with double sinks and double shower heads can accommodate a crowd. Glass doors open to a large adjoining balcony overlooking the jungle, which has a built in double bed and an outdoor shower.
The roof of the Villa has sheltering palapa roofs with covered couches and an exercise area. This space offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the red jungle sunsets.
