Villa Del Mar

Situated across the street from Playa del Carmen, in the resort community of Playacar Phase I, Villa Del Mar offers lovely sea views and is conveniently located. It is only a 20 minute walk from La Quinta: Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue- a 3 kilometer walkway stretching from the North end to the South of the Playa where there are International dining venues, cafes, shopping venues, and renowned night life!

The villa is well designed for entertaining. The large basement hosts a pool table, full bar, private media room and a private bathroom. The media room also serves as an additional accomodation with two queen sized sofa beds. This room is ideal for children or staff.

There are three spacious bedrooms on the main floor.  One features an en-suite bathroom and king sized bed.  The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.  The fourth bedroom is found upstairs and has a private terrace with a hammock and amazing views of the sea.

The dining room and living room look on to the pool deck and have wonderful views of the ocean. The open concept of the rooms makes it easy to access the fully equipped kitchen with a pass through to the dining area and sunken living room.
