Description
Villa Xpu-Ha is a commanding 15,000 sq. ft. Mexico vacation villa completely secluded on a private 42 acre Mexican paradise in the Mayan Riviera. The villa is directly located on the golden sands of one of the top three beaches in the Mayan Riviera, Xpu-Ha beach, which offers its guests some of the most astounding views of the pristine Caribbean sea. This property is located on the exotic Yucatan Peninsula, just 15 minutes from the fashionable town of Playa del Carmen, which can be accessed by a private road leading through the lush green landscaping. The backyard paradise is filled with lush gardens, a gorgeous terrace and relaxing swimming pool, all looking out to the beach.
This regal Mexico vacation home was designed by the well known 'beach architect' Gabriel Nunez and is furnished with stunning exotic woods, mostly mahogany, directly from the Yucatan and Chiapas jungles. Villa Xpu-Ha's interiors have a modern Mexican decor and bold color schemes to contrast it. Guests are greeted with the main living and entertainment area that walk straight out to the terrace and pool. There are eight air conditioned bedrooms suites in the villa and most have private bathrooms and personal seating areas. Guests will find a palapa bar, table seating for dinner al fresco style, a gym, and two bathrooms.
Villa Xpu-Ha's dedicated and well trained staff of eight is available to make each guest's Mexico vacation just a little bit easier. The staff includes three maids that clean the villa daily, a laundress, a gourmet chef, gardener, waiter and bartender. There is a barbecue on the terrace for guest's use as well as television with DVD player, and a sailboat. Guests can stay at the villa and relax at the pool, or walk to the beach for a spectacular day in the sun. Just a 15 minute drive away, guests will find an array of activities including golf, tennis, water sports, cultural tours, and fishing. Here, guests of all ages are sure to find something to their delight.
