Description
Right on Runaway Bay's famous mile long white sand beach, Sweet Spot Villa is a six bedroom Jamaican plantation style home set amidst rolling lawns and tropical gardens. Secluded and stunning, yet close to the world class Breezes Resort, guests can enjoy restaurants, bars and privileges for golf with free unlimited tee times, tennis and water sports.
Newly renovated in 2008, this spacious home is tastefully furnished in warm pastels and light earthy colors. Vaulted ceilings with lazily spinning fans lend to the sumptuous feeling of space and comfort as beautiful French doors open wide to connect indoor living and dining rooms with wide open terraces and expansive lawns and gardens.
The second story of the villa features five bedrooms, all with lovely views, French doors that lead out onto the balcony, en suite bathrooms and king size beds. Bedrooms five and six share an air conditioned study which features a television and office equipment. All five bedrooms feature breath taking ocean views.
On the first floor guests will find a master suite with a king size bed, French doors that lead out onto the brick terrace, pool and lawn, a private alcove with a day bed and an en suite bathroom. A large well appointed kitchen is suited for the most ambitious of culinary artists, and an indoor living room, indoor dining area, a fully equipped fitness gym and lovely alfresco dining and sitting areas complete this spacious two story home.
Outdoors, guests can laze away the days in a swinging hammock, lounge around the sumptuous private swimming pool, have drinks near the fountain or play badminton, croquet or volley ball out on the lawn, all while light ocean breezes blow in from the sea. Sea Kayaks and snorkeling gear are available and there is a stunning coral reef just 50 feet off shore, right in front of the estate.
